My story just hit 1M views — here's what I learned
System: God Difficulty just crossed 1 million views and I wanted to share some things I learned along the way. It took 8 months and 210 chapters to get here. Biggest lessons: 1. Consistency > quality. Posting 5x/week even if chapters weren't perfect beat posting 1 polished chapter weekly. 2. The first 10 chapters are everything. I rewrote mine three times. 3. Engage with every comment for the first 50 chapters. Those early readers become your evangelists. 4. Cover art matters way more than you think. My reads doubled when I got a professional cover.

Congrats Rex! The consistency point is so true. My readers literally set alarms for my upload schedule now.
That cover art advice is gold. I've seen so many good stories with terrible covers that never get the attention they deserve.
8 months to 1M is insane. It took me over a year. The 5x/week schedule is brutal though — how do you avoid burnout?
